While detoxification is a common therapy for many programmes at the Hydro, we created these specific multi-day, detox programmes to completely cleanse your entire system, leaving you feeling restored, refreshed, and revitalised.
5 Night Detox
Goals
Typically, a detox programme requires a longer duration due to the physical changes that must take place in your system. Our shorter Detox Programme is designed to rid your body of toxins, boost your energy levels and enhance your organ functions by following a structured detox plan that eliminates harmful substances from your system, resets your metabolism and establishes healthier habits for long-term wellness.

If you are suffering from symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, mood swings, irritability, muscle aches and difficulty sleeping, you probably need a thorough cleanse. Our 5-night detox programme is the minimum recommended duration to cleanse and reset your system. Achieve renewed, physical and mental well-being.

Included in either of our Detox packages are three delicious, daily meals to cleanse your body. All of The Hydro meals are vegetarian-focused, caffeine-free and refined sugar-free; utilising low GI carbohydrates, fresh, seasonal ingredients and incorporating all three macro-nutrients to maximise the detoxification process. We also keep you hydrated with regular fresh pressed health juices, detox soups and herbal teas.
